Goals

Expand the use of the diet to more children who need it, specifically those with infantile spasms.

Promote the use of dietary therapies as a first-line option (rather than last resort).

Educate neurologists, parents, dietitians, and pediatricians about the use of dietary therapies (through up-to-date information, links, webinars, etc.)

Help parents recognize infantile spasms early

Support parents who are using dietary therapies for their children (e.g. support group/classes)

Provide resources for research to centers involved in ketogenic diet research.

Partner with the John M. Freeman Pediatric Epilepsy Center.
